Component importance for linear consecutive‐ k ‐Out‐of‐ n and m ‐Consecutive‐ k ‐Out‐of‐ n systems with exchangeable components

Measuring the relative importance of components in a mechanical system is useful for various purposes. In this article, we study Birnbaum and Barlow‐Proschan importance measures for two frequently studied system designs: linear consecutive k ‐out‐of‐ n and m ‐consecutive‐ k ‐out‐of‐ n systems. We obtain explicit expressions for the component importance measures for systems consisting of exchangeable components. We illustrate the results for a system whose components have a Lomax type lifetime distribution. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2013     

A unified model incorporating yield,burn‐in,and reliability

The correlated improvement in yield and reliability has been observed in the case studies on integrated circuits and electronic assemblies. This paper presents a model that incorporates yield and reliability with the addition of a burn‐in step to explain their correlated improvement. The proposed model includes as special cases several yield and reliability models that have been previously published and thus provides a unifying framework. The model is used to derive a condition for which yield functions can be multiplied to obtain the overall yield. Yield and reliability are compared as a function of operation time, and an analytical condition for burn‐in to be effective is also obtained. Finally, Poisson and negative binomial defects models are further considered to investigate how reliability is based on yield. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2004.     

Limiting survival functions of self‐similar structures

We show the existence of a unique analytic single parameter limiting survival function arising from the repeated composition of a coherent structure as the number of components tends to infinity. 基于模糊理论的武器系统可靠性分析和评价

武器系统可靠性是指在规定条件下和规定时间内完成规定功能的能力。传统的可靠性计算方法是基于概率论的,其失效概率通常应根据第一手的数据。然而,实际上不可能收集到足够的数据,一般是依靠专家的经验来判断估计,这类判断通常与模糊性密切相关。本文基于可靠性理论和模糊数学的原则和方法,建立了一套计算串联系统和并联系统的模糊可靠度的计算公式。应用模糊数对武器装备系统单元可靠性予以模糊评价,并采用模糊可靠性计算模型,对武器系统可靠性进行模糊分析和计算。通过对一高炮武器系统的应用分析,证明了该方法的可行性。

基于影响因素分析的装甲车辆驾驶员作业可靠性评价模型

从影响因素分析人手,在对装甲车辆人-机一环境系统物理模型综合分析的基础上,运用灰色关联度法建立了基于驾驶员作业可靠性影响因素分析的定性评价模型,并结合某装甲部队的驾驶训练考核进行了应用。结果表明：考核成绩与模型计算结果有着比较吻合的变化趋势,验证了模型的有效性。所述研究方法根据不同装备、不同岗位特点,可对评价指标体系调整后进行移植和拓展使用。
